Guided Imagery

A method for managing stress, trauma, and subconscious triggers, resulting in decreased cortisol levels.

The effect of Guided Imagery sends a calming message to the emotional control center of the brain.  The message is then passed along to the body's Endocrine, Immune, and Autonomic Nervous System.

Used by hospitals such as John Hopkins, The Mayo Clinic, VA and others.
